We loved the location. There is a green back yard - perfect for relaxation and kids to run around. It’s on a busy street but we could easily walk to many restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We’d recommend Nau Palatina, Tasco do Strauss and Tasca d’Ana for dinner. We enjoyed breakfast at S Crepe and A Mourisca. We were close enough to walk to all of the palaces and the bus to Cabo da Roca stopped right outside the house. We loved Sintra and would definitely return.
We could only access the property through an electronic gate which was a hassle to open and close. We didn’t have a car so we didn’t need the gate for that. We would have preferred entering and exiting through a door.
