I stayed in the apartment for four days and was unable to sleep properly on any of the four nights. The apartment is on the third floor, and the windows face the inner courtyard. A couple of venues in the courtyard open at around 6:00 p.m. and remain open until approximately 5:00 a.m. Their visitors behave, to put it mildly, in a very disturbing manner. They constantly shout, break bottles, argue with each other, and even try to damage the security shutters of nearby buildings. The plastic windows provide almost no sound insulation. * At night, very large cockroaches come out from underneath the refrigerator in the kitchen in search of food. * The main entrance door is opened remotely through an app. However, it is quite difficult to find because the building has several entrances, and the photo of the door shown in the app does not match the actual entrance. * There are two air conditioners in the apartment, but in practice they work more like fans. Even when set to cooling mode and the minimum temperature of 18°C, they do not cool the apartment. They clearly require servicing and a refrigerant recharge.
