Die Lage war perfekt 5 Min entfernt vom Zentrum und 10 vom Strand

Sofa, Bettdecke und Duschvorgang waren nicht so sauber. Alte Wasserschäden an den Decken, im Schlafzimmer und Bad. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche war auch nicht richtig angebracht.

Ruidoso porque hay una discoteca contigua al portal. Faltan paños de cocina y estanterías y colgadores en el baño

The apartment's location is great. There is a supermarket on the corner, and everything you need. The price of the apartment was lower than the average, so we didn't expected a beautiful place, but the apartment was okay for what we needed it (sleep, have a shower, eat breakfast). The beds were comfortable, the pillows and sheets were clean. Toilet was clean. Washing mashine was working good. The landlord was very very kind and helpful, although the given mobile number on booking did not work, so we messaged him on booking, and he rang us immediately.

We didn't dare to use the airconditioner because it seemed it wasn't cleaned for a long time.... :( The whole apartment is "worn out", the walls are stained from reparations, sufaces are dirty, textiles (except the sheets) are dirty. Taps are loose, we had to be careful not to make a damage.
