Good location, clean

Not possible to store luggage before or after check-in times so had to pay an extra €30 euro for storage in lockers. The apartment wasn’t ready at 4pm for check in because they were still cleaning and even the cleaning woman said we could leave our luggage, even though the property contact clearly said we couldn’t. The check out time on the listing says 10-11:30 but they told me we had to be out by 11. Then on top of that every time we communicated they switched between english and Spanish. It was very frustrating. Honestly with the additional cost to store bags on top of everything else I have no idea how the reviews are so good. I can’t even say anything positive about the kitchen because only two coffee pods were left for us and the machine only put out water for one of them so only one of us could have coffee. There are so many other options that have better value for money, I would not come back here.
