L'accueil chaleureux, explications claires et simples, calme, piscine et jacuzzi, les repas sur la terrasse ombragée au milieu des prairies et au son des cloches des vaches

La gentillesse du personnel est remarquable, ils se sont montrés flexibles et attentifs. La cuisine du chef est excellente. La décoration cocooning du chalet est très agréable.

Wunderschönes, rustikales Chalet mit ganz besonderem Charme. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und hochwertig eingerichtet, der große Pool und der Whirlpool laden zum Entspannen ein. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und die Gastgeber unglaublich herzlich und freundlich. Eine Unterkunft zum Wohlfühlen – wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

The view was amazing. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna were excellent.

I booked the hotel with breakfast included as it is one my criteria when booking via booking.com. Several days after the reservation, the hotel sent me messages and informed me that breakfast was not included. I tried to inform them that breakfast included (I have the proof, the booking reservation), but they did not accept it, even the client service of Booking.com was unable to help, very disappointing. For me, 18 euros breakfast per person per day and not to mention 15 euros for my son of 5 years old was too much. The breakfast was boring, not much of a change and very basic. The young guy who was in charge was always on his mobile phone, not so much hygiene. Oh, one more thing, they charged 5 euros per night was also too much. I hope they can do something about it because at the end of the day, babies under 2 years old need a baby crib, and why charge more for them.
