Great week away, staff so friendly and helpful, we had a great time
We loved our stay here, there we’re 17 of us over 6 rooms so we almost filled the hotel. The staff were all lovely. Facilities were ok and the location was great, it’s out of town so you need to bus in or ski a blue run in and out of town. If you’re beginners there’s a small green slope next to the hotel with a button lift - perfect to practice on. Really recommend the giant swing at Bascule, great fun. Lots happening in town - need to book restaurants in eve as all very busy until 9.30pm. No taxis to and from town, so need a car or ski back or bus back.
I would have loved an option of a cooked breakfast. Also a few of us vegetarians didn’t have many options to eat every night. Those that did eat loved the food, just a few more choices would be great. A kettle in the room would be great.

Warm and cosy place.
Very nice hotel, clean, warm and convenient. Food I the restaurant delicious. Hosts are very nice people. Highly recommended!

Peaceful stay with nice views
We love the quiet location away from the centre but just 5 minute drive. Peaceful with lovely mountain view from the balcony. The rooms are basic but comfy and clean and the breakfast is great!

Nice family run hotel
Very nice rooms, with good beds, and a lovely bathroom with a full size shower. Very good value for the price we paid. Nice staff. Nice little balcony

Big expectations but sadly very dissapionted
The room was very pleasant, with small balcony under the eves, the ski lift in close proximity. The free ski bus into town, (but this stops very early so you need a car to travel into town for dinner and back) not a walkable as its a steep uphill return
The Photos of the bar and dinning room dont reflect the actual place. it did not feel cosy at all, it felt like they were closing up for the season, and had obviously had many canclations due to the lack of snow, which made us feel not welcome, even the day before we were leaving we were asked what time we would be booking out as the host had a appointment in Annecy, which then promted us to load our gear in the car to get away earlier, and as we did this a staff member emptied a bucket of water over the side of the balcony which hit my wife squarely over her head! long story short we left a day early! Maybe in way of good will they will offer us our last day free???

Nice location, nice meal, okay hospitality
Location! Location! Location! ski out to the lift & piste is such a perk! Pretty good size room. We slept well overall after daily ski.
We had to change our room after the 1st night. It was a little confusing because we weren’t given the reason. The welcoming is okay but could have been warmer.
