Always enjoying our stay here.
It was our second time in this location and we like it a lot. Spacy rooms, well equipped and a free of charge spa area is rounding up the stay. The ski slopes are directly in front of the location and there is a spacy ski locker available. Breakfast items like baguette etc. can be ordered at reception and taste wonderful. The staff is super friendly and try to help wherever they can.
This time some dissappointments compared ot our last stay have occured. When we arrived, there were lots of long brown hairs laying on our bed. We needed to clean this first before sleeping on it, this wasn´t a good arrival task. In additin, both doors from the sleeping rooms could not be closed anymore as the wood obviously has expanded and the dorrs are not fitting anymore into the frame.

Lovely property but staffing needs improvement.
The property is clearly brand new, and finished to a very high standard. The pool and spa facilities are fabulous. The room was spacious and kitchenette well equipped.
The staff are new and it shows. Unfortunately a lot of the answers to queries were a “computer says no” answer. Check in was the latest I’ve ever known - 5pm and there was no way they were letting us check in a minute before, even though we were sat in the lobby for an hour. Bang on 5pm they allowed us. There is a small bar in the lobby where we couldn’t get a drink because there was no member of staff present who could serve us. The location for skiing is fabulous, but be aware there is NO supermarket within walking distance which is awkward.
