sound insulation could be better. also the bunk room has no windows in it so no ventilation, my oldest son tried sleeping in there but found it unbearable and decided to sleep on the sofa bed in the lounge, also only has one sofa & 2 very small chairs to relax on, dining table can seat 10 and kitchen very well equipped.
