About this apartment rental
New for summer 2024 - the apartment has undergone renovation and decoration works to improve the facilites and comfort of the property. This includes full refit of all of the bathrooms. Brand new high quality beds and matresses in each bedroom. Re design of the lounge area including new sofas and armchairs to enjoy after a long day on the mountain. Found in one of the best central locations in Morzine, Le Baraty is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment offering fantastic value, spacious accommodation. Just a short walk from the Pleney and Super Morzine ski lifts, this apartment is ideal for groups of friends or families looking for convienece, but not wanting to compromise on accommodation.
Thoughtfully equipped and furnished to offer all you need for a relaxing self catered stay the accommodation comprises:
Large open plan lounge, kitchen and diner – at the heart of the apartment this light bright spacious area offers a modern well equipped kitchen, dining table to seat up to 8 people and comfortable lounge area for relaxing in after a hard day on the slopes. Flat screen tv, dvd player, wii and xbox console offer all the entertainment you need. Large sliding patio doors on either side lead to large balconies with views to Pleney, Avoriaz and overlooking the town square.
4 Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 – A twin bedroom with en-suite family bathroom (large shower unit with rain head shower, vanity sink and toilet). This bedroom is located off the living area.
Bedroom 2 – Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and sink with vanity
Bedroom 3 – Large room with twin beds and door leading to the balcony
Bedroom 4 – Twin bedroom with lovely views to Pleney ski slopes and door to balcony
All bedrooms have spacious built in wardrobes
Bathrooms:
Further to the en-suite facilities there is a house bathroom comprising large shower unit with rain shower head and large vanity and sink unit
Separate house toilet with sink
Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board
The apartment also benefits from:
Private Wifi broadband connection
An allocated parking space in private underground garage plus 1 further parking unallocated parking space in the exterior car park at the exterior of the building. This car park has a barrier that we can provide a remote for if required. This parking can be very busy during peak weeks.
Large private cave for all winter and summer equipment storage. The cave can hold up to 3 bikes, with further storage in the allocated parking space. Anchor points have been provided to lock/secure bikes to.
The apartment is part of the summer multi pass scheme offering activities in Morzine and the wider Portes du Soleil for just €3 per day.

This apartment is ideal if you want to stay in the Centre of Morzine near the Pleney ski lift and easy walk to Super morzine lift, restaurants and bars.
The apartment is bigger than the photos show and all rooms have plenty of wardrobe space for clothes.
The Kitchen is really well stocked with utensil's for cooking in and the table has plenty of room for sitting around.
The children loved the Xbox/playstation for evenings.
Although we didn't use it much the balconies are great and overlook the town square.
The only issue was at night there is some noise from people walking past from bars which you have to accept with being so close to everything. This isn't the fault of the owners.

Stayed for a week in mid-March to get some late-season skiing and we were very impressed with the apartment. There's heaps of space, well-provisioned bedrooms and it couldn't be better located for getting to the ski lifts (both Pleny and Prodains).
The kitchen is large and has everything you need for proper cooking, there's a very well-provisioned Spar a short walk away.
The only slight negatives were some noise from the town square at night time, they had a stage set up which was all finished by 19:00 but did attract drunken idiots in the small hours.
Overall a great time spent and we'll certainly consider coming back to this apartment next year.
