Magnifique T5 rénové 10 pers, lumineux à Morzine - FR-1-684-23

Lovely chalet with an amazing view, bus stop is just outside, useful when wearing ski boots, but a nice short stroll into town or supermarket when in normal footwear. Clean with well stocked kitchen. Spacious bedrooms even the bunk bed room was large.

No lift and quite a few stairs up, hard with cases and equipment. but no problem if you are not wearing ski boots. Small negative when considering what we paid.

Loved it all - beautiful apartment, well equipped kitchen, super comfortable beds, wrap round balcony - gorgeous location, with breathtaking views of the mountains. We were a three generation family and it worked great for us. Two lovely bathrooms, great central social space around the kitchen, with comfortable sofas and huge dining table we could all sit around. It was ideal, would love to go again!

It's not a big deal as we brought our own tea towels, dishwasher tabs, cleaning cloths etc, but there wasn't a lot of cleaning equipment - a broom, but no dustpan and brush, a mop and bucket and a very weak vacuum cleaner, which made it a bit difficult to clean at the end of the stay - the alternative is to pay Euro 160 for them to clean it, which is a lot!

Really comfy and well equipped apartment in a good location. It worked perfectly for our group of 8, giving all the kiddies their own space and the adults too :) Everything was finished to a high standard. Great views towards Pleny lift. Town walkable in under 10 minutes. Would definitely go back. Thanks.

It would be better if the key safe was at the property, not the agency, for convenience. Cleaning costs an extra €160 which didn’t seem very obvious to us on the listing.

Les points positifs du logement sont : - Position par rapport au centre aquatique, remontées mécaniques (VTT), centre de Morzine - Equipements - Espaces - Espaces de rangement (très rare dans les logements à la montagne) - Electroménagers - Appartement vraiment adapté à 10 personnes sans risque de se marcher sur les pieds

- Seul bémol (mais ça passe quand on est jeune) : accès via quelques volées d'escaliers - Tout n'était pas propre : nécessité de faire tourner quelques lave-vaisselles pour démarrer avec de la vaisselle propre et passer un coup d'aspirateur un peu partour - Bruit de voisinage jusque début de nuit (ne doit pas se poser en hiver) : étage inférieur et chalets à l'arrière --> il a fallu intervenir à 2 h du matin et monter dans les talus pour discuter avec les "chambardeurs". Tout est relativement vite rentrer dans l'ordre mais à répéter chaque soir.
