Fabulous stay in a lovely chalet - would definitely recommend

The chalet was perfect for our party of 10 adults . We ate in the chalet most nights and the kitchen facilities were brilliant The rooms were lovely, the rooms on the second floor being the most spacious. The hot tub was great after a days skiing Boot room and (chargeable) wine in the cellar was really handy. Location is good , approx 15 mins walk to the Pleney Gondola. 5 mins downhill to the nearest bars / restaurants / shops / pharmacy.

Only small issue is the chalet is at the top of a steep hill, which got very icy. This was fine as we were all adults but might be tricky with children in towe There is an alternative route along the road which is longer but easier

Beautiful, spacious chalet but please be aware of a few surprise additional costs

Beautiful, clean and spacious chalet in beautiful Morzine. The perfect accommodation for a large group of people who want to enjoy the slopes and the Apres ski during the day and chill in the evenings (the hot tub and large dining space to socialise as a group was perfect after a long day). Hosts were very helpful and informative before and during the stay

Be aware if you’re booking a short stay that there are a few surprise additional costs that should really be just added to the total price. Not added when you arrive. It is very disappointing that we were charged a cleaning fee for a short stay (4 nights) when there are very specific instructions on how clean the chalet must be before vacating (which of course we obeyed) and that we were even asked to remove all bed linen ourselves and still have to pay a £150 cleaning fee. The fee is unjustifiable given that as per the instructions in the booklet we had cleaned most of the chalet ourselves

Sara and Robin were perfect hosts. Lovely couple . Nothing was a problem for them ,kindly restocking the wine when needed 😬 All enquiries dealt with straight away either by call or text The chalet is beautiful and well equipped, perfect location close to the centre ( 5 minute walk ) Would highly recommend and will certainly be looking to book again . Thank you

very expensive for what it is.

insufficient crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. Led to believe that there was an accessible bus stop. It is quite a hike! dog kennel immediately adjacent made it difficult for the children to sleep. The manager unexpectedly asked for a ‘cash deposit’. This was returned at the end by bank transfer but as UK residents we lost on exchange rates and bank charges on the transactions.

Superb

Everything was excellent, the layout over three floors meant we could have different things going on at the same time around the house. Great kitchen, plenty of equipment, couple of hot stones that were put to good use. Garage was brilliant for the ten bikes we had brought with us. We were able to wash bikes outside and I know that Robin is building a dedicated area for this as well. Would like to come back for skiing sometime!

A very enjoyable holiday with the added benefit of sunshine all week

Chalet Robin is a lovely place to stay, very comfortable and spacious for a group or two families. Beautiful living room and well equipped kitchen with great dining area. A good location to be able to walk into town, although quite a steep hill on the way back. The chalet is close to the free ski bus stop so it is easy to get to the lifts in Morzine and Avoriaz
