Good access to the city center by public transport, quiet neighborhood, caring hostess. The very small room with everything you need for a short stay.
If the weather doesn't allow to eat breakfast outside, it can be inconvenient.

The host is nice and attentive, the fact that she lived next door is an added bonus. The breakfast was basic but was presented nicely
The distance to the city center, the stairs look like an accident waiting to happen, and the fact that we could hear the slightest noise from the other guests and the owner’s dog.
