    I booked a single room and this was right next to the train and bus station. Rooms were very clean and the facilities were great. One of the biggest downsides I had was the fact that this was a cashless hotel and also did not accept Amex. I was severly inconvenienced by this and wasted a few hours trying to sort out my payment upon check in as a result of which I had to cancel all plans i had made during that time. Make sure you take quite a few types of debit or credit cards when you go here.

    Rooms are quite small and a we booked two rooms , each has a different area . Our stay was very limited as the check out time was at 11 am which is not a standard time. They need to control as well other guest as the corridor was full of kids roaming around the property during check in. I suggest that they should give at least free luggage storage for at least 2 hour max before they charge fees as a gesture for an early check out .

    This could not have been a better location for Amsterdam! The hotel had everything we needed. The breakfast was great variety and all delicious. I would stay here again! Only a cons: not all amenities were stocked, and it seems that someone had entered our room and opened our bags even though we had the “ Do not disturb” sign on our door while we were out for the day. Good thing we had all valuables locked in suitcase.

    Room is a bit tight but it's just okay for us since we are just staying there for one night. The room is clean, beds are small just right for our size.
