    Quite far from the city centre and a ferry stop. The whole district still under development so not really to see around the hotel

    NOTE: THE LIGHT IN THE BATHROOM HAS A BUTTON UNDERNEATH!!! Great functional place, no frills. Bit of an industrial up and coming area, but there are things there, pllek, cafe semai, jumbo is 10 min walk. We saved about 400 being over the river. Take the 391 bus and be at central station in 15 mins. The walk to the ferry is a bit longer, but obviously more satisfying. Clean place.

    Great room for a family. Cooked one night which was perfect.. close to the amazing street art museum and ferry to central Amsterdam. The kids loved Bob!

    ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE, avoid at all costs! I accidentally double booked my room (1 23m2 room with king size bed and 1 19m2 room with queen size bed on AGODA) so I kindly requested for a free cancellation which was rejected since they mentioned that my booking was non refundable. Before my check in I had to asked the hotel to send me a link for check in because it wasn’t sent to me beforehand. (This hotel used an online check in system where you have to fill in your details.) Then as I checked in, the trash in my room was not cleared which makes me wonder if they actually do clean their rooms properly. Since I booked 2 different rooms, I was provided with exactly the same rooms despite the fact that I booked different rooms. I decided to not check in to the other room while I raised a ticket with AGODA. The next day I received a message that I did not check in to the other room and to inform them if I experienced any delays or changes in my plan otherwise my room would be cancelled. In this case, I informed them that I am waiting for the response from AGODA. Later that night as AGODA asked for documentation proof that the room given to me was different and I requested the staff to open up the room so I could take pictures. To my surprise there was other customers staying in the room that was provided for me. Meaning to say that despite me informing the team that I am waiting for a response, they cancelled my room and accepted other bookings. To make things worse, I only received a response from AGODA towards the end of my stay. So basically my room was given out to other customers and I didn’t get to even use the room. NO COMPENSATION NO HELP WAS RENDERED even with the loss of room usage. I paid for 3 DAYS of usage, about *** and given ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Since they rejected a refund, I asked if they could at least provide me with a make-up stay instead in the future since my holiday is ending. While I was checked in, they still replied me regarding this issue. However now that I have checked out, the simply told me that they are providing me with a final update that is no future action will be taken. As I am commented that I am extremely displeased with the fact that I was not provided the other room and that it was provided to other customers they brushed me off with a thank you for your comment. So I am expected to pay for their mistake. Not receive the room and have my room cancelled. Given to other customers without my consent and suck up to it. And that there is nothing they can do about it. Claimed that there is a no show policy but I was clearly there and explained about waiting for the update. Obviously ignored.
