Really well located to be experiencing downtown but not in the center! Cool hotel, nice team, GREAT GYM!
The staff in the restaurant took some time to take orders, and on the receptions sometimes it took a while to be served as there was only 1 person at times.

I liked the corner room views overlooking the water and Amsterdam Central. Everything was super close and the staff were amazing. The breakfast as well was absolutely delicious. Best I've had in Amsterdam thus far. I also liked the karaoke elevators. That was such a great experience as well.

Funky room. Comfy bed.
Very poor service. Abrupt, arrogant and frankly rude night staff. Impossible to reach via email or phone. Will not return.
