4 Trevanson Mews is a charming and beautifully-presented house set in a quiet cul-de-sac in the centre of Newquay in Cornwall, just a short walk to the world famous Fistral Beach and town centre, and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. A well-equipped kitchen with a dining area leads through to a spacious sitting room with French doors leading out to the enclosed garden where the barbecue offers alfresco dining after a day on the beach. There are three bedrooms, the master benefiting from en-suite facilities, all on the first floor along with the bathroom. 4 Trevanson Mews is an ideally located house, perfect for holidays or short breaks all year round. Please note: There is a £50 fine for electric car charging at the property.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge / freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Car parking of one car at front of house, plus unallocated parking on the close roadway adjacent to the hedgerow. Gravelled garden with BBQ, furniture and shower point. A cot, highchair and stairgate is available. Two-well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and beach 10 mins walk.
