Exclusive Sombrero Beach vacation retreat is located just up the street from one of the best beaches in the Florida Keys. Sombrero Beach is a large sandy beach that offers something for everyone in the family including playground, volleyball swimming and picnic tables. The beach is also a great place to watch the gorgeous sunrises or sunsets.
This beautiful 3,900 square foot home is situated on a large lot at the end of a cul-de-sac affording you the privacy that you desire.
Main floor: *Spacious master suite with large walk-in closet and ensuite with double sinks.

*Half Bath
*Large kitchen with island and breakfast dining all open to great room and dining room
Bedrooms, great room and dining room have access to the backyard oasis.

Large pool with waterfall and hot tub are surrounded by a spacious patio that even includes your own private tiki hut that boasts 2 TV's, 6 Lazy Boy loungers, an outdoor bar with refrigerator. There are also lounge chairs and outdoor furniture for everyone. After a long day in the sun, relax by the fire pit and watch the fish swimming in the underwater lights at the dock.

Beautiful tropical location with fantastic outdoor amenities. Loved the heated pool , hot tub and tiki pavilion that included a functioning bar with refrigerator. This home does not disappoint, it had everything you need for a stellar resort style vacation.

The host was welcoming and the house and grounds were lovely. We enjoyed fishing from the dock and relaxing in the pool and hot tub.

WOW! what a great home, VERY relaxing and accommodated our group of 10 with ease. Multiple places to gather as a group and relax and enjoy each other's company. Bring your boat, excellent dockage, fish cleaning station. Multiple restaurants to get to by boat. The public boat slip is less than 5 minutes and very convenient. My family says this is a must repeat vacation.
