Are you looking for an upscale, top-of-the-line, out-of-this-world property? Then look no further than Sunrise Paradise. This stunning property features 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, elegant furnishings, a large outdoor entertaining space, and so much more. This house has spared no expense in being its very own paradise; you will never want to leave!
As recently as January of 2020, the boating channel to this house has been dredged to a 5-foot draft, and the channel is well ...marked.
This modern home has a unique concrete driveway that has ample space for all your vehicles and water toys. When walking into the house, you will be greeted with an open floor plan of the living room and state-of-the-art kitchen. The kitchen will feature marble countertops and all top-of-the-line touchscreen stainless appliances, plus a wine cooler! Both the kitchen and the living room have stunning open water views. On the first floor, it will have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The downstairs master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom will have open water views. Both the guest bathroom and en suite bathroom feature rain showers. When you head upstairs, you will see two large master suites, each with its own private balcony and glass railings for ample views of the open water. The master bedroom on the left side features a king bed with a seating area and an en suite bathroom. Both Masters upstairs have in the en suite bathroom a rain shower, a separate tub, as well as a flat-screen TV and King-size beds on this level.
Between the Upstairs Masters, you have access to a wet bar with an icemaker, mini refrigerator, and wine cooler for those late nightcaps.
In the backyard, you will find a cabana featuring a complete outdoor kitchen and one TV right next to the pool. There are 3 kayaks, an ice maker, beach chairs, a bait freezer, and fiber optic lighting in and around the pool. The home also comes with a brand-new T-shaped dock that is 50ft long. This canal was recently dredged, so you will have deep water access, and it is only 50 yards to open water.
This home is centrally located to everything in Marathon. You are just minutes from Sombrero Beach and all of the shopping and attractions. You will be right in the heart of paradise and never want to leave.
You have the option for a Mid-Week Cleaning on Wednesday or Thursday, your choice of the day, for an additional fee of $350.00.
One boat, one Trailer, and three vehicles will be allowed per stay.

Our stay at Sunrise Paradise was wonderful. We travel with long time friends and always have fun. There was plenty of room for the four couples to gather at tables (indoor and out) for eating and card games. The dock was used to fish daily, the corn hole boards were used several nights and the kayaks were used once. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and warm with some floats included. If you want to use the pool basketball hoop bring a ball as we could not find one but it didn't matter to us. The outside grill and bar area were used several nights and when we ran out of gas for the grill management brought new tanks in the morning. It would have been nice to have a few beach chairs for Sombrero Beach, however, I imagine those get broken often.The house was laid out as described. The fifth bathroom is in the outside kitchen area and has a shower. King beds are upstairs, queen beds are downstairs and they were clean and comfortable.We had a few hiccups accessing the tv's for use, getting the dryer on the proper setting to actually dry the pool towels and figuring out the downstairs wine cooler just didn't work (will be looked into) but overall the stay was problem free.The management company will send "standardized" messages in reply to your questions (check with the team, look into it) and then send a reply to your specific question later. The location was perfect for restaurants, grocery stores and local activities. Our group would stay again anytime.

The location of this house is great. Beach 1/2 mile, grocery store 3/4 mile away, plenty of activities to do around the area. The house is set up perfect. We spent most of the time at the pool and outdoor bar area. House was clean and host was responsive. Recommended!
