Located in the Sombrero Beach Area: with only a short walk to Sombrero Beach. Enjoy the waves and catch some sun. After a day at the beach you can relax in the backyard with your own private pool, bar, and plenty of lounge chairs and places to relax in the sun.

The boat dock offers over 75 feet of dockage with a 4' draft deep and immediate access to the Atlantic Ocean. Max 30 foot boat. Off of the dock and even at the bar or pool you have some ocean views with a great breeze and the sunrise every morning. Pool heat available for an additional fee.

All linens provided, Wifi, streaming TV, a bait freezer, and an outside fridge at the bar.

There is a Tv in each bedroom and one in the living room. Plenty of room and the perfect home for couples. It is a great place to vacation and make fond memories and experiences. You will want to come back again and experience the keys life again!
