Great location. House and pool are perfect for a large group. Plenty of room for everyone.

This is the 5th different house we have booked in Marathon and by far our favorite. Super easy check in and check out and the cleanest house we have rented. This house has every possible utensil, etc….so may features and options. Pool and hot tub were immaculate and worked perfectly. The location is excellent…1 mile walk to Sombrero Beach and 1 mile to Surf Styoe, Publix and more. We have had our share of houses with broken appliances, pools, hot tubs… none of that to deal with at this house.

I want to start by saying the rental home is absolutely beautiful and was very clean upon arrival. It looks just like the photos, and our first few days were great.However, several issues came up that impacted our stay. Toward the end of the trip, the spa heater and spa jets stopped working. We contacted the host and a technician was sent, but only the pool heater was turned on—the spa issues were not fixed. After our stay, we were told the spa needed a part and wouldn’t be repaired during our visit. Communication throughout was unclear.The dishwasher also broke near the end of our stay. A technician came but only stopped the beeping; it remained unusable.We requested a partial refund due to the loss of key amenities. The host referred us to the listing, which says: “During winter months heated pool to 86 degrees and spa to 100 degrees.” This is unclear and does not explicitly state the heater cannot be used in other months. The in-home booklet on kitchen counter also didn’t mention this limitation. Since the pool heater worked earlier in the week, this was confusing and frustrating.Additionally, only a small amount of toilet paper & paper towels was provided (about two days’ worth).While we had a good vacation and the home is lovely, we booked it for the outdoor amenities and were disappointed not to use them fully. The lack of any consideration offered or even a good "I'm sorry" from management made it worse. I recommend clarifying all amenity details before booking.
