Beautiful two story condo walking distance from white powder sand Eagle Beach. It has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The first floor has an outdoor kitchen with a dining area for eight. Inside there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, full bathroom and laundry room. There is a covered porch right off of the living room. On the second floor you will find two guest bedrooms with queen size beds and a full bathroom plus a Master Suite with balcony overlooking a pool and with a king size bed, a walk-in closet and a bathroom.
This is a gated, boutique condominium complex with only 34 units. There is a community pool with a gazebo, party house for the kids and a gym. The condo is located 5 minutes walking distance from white sand Eagle beach. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. Downtown Oranjestad is about 10 minutes by car. Palm Beach with casinos and night life is about 5 minutes away by car. The complex is very close to Super Foods, a major grocery store on the island. The condo is away from hustle and bustle of everyday life but close enough to attractions. It's in a family oriented neighborhood.
