PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The Ocean Extravaganza Three-bedroom condo at Oceania Resort is located on the ground floor and offers unbeatable beachfront views of Eagle Beach. Its highlight is the private patio off the living room, featuring a large outdoor Jacuzzi, an L-shaped sofa, a dining table, and a BBQ grill, perfect for enjoying Aruba's weather and stunning sunsets. From the patio, guests have private and direct access to one of the resort's three swimming pools as well as the beach access gates, making Eagle Beach just a few steps away.
Inside, the main living area includes a U-shaped sectional sofa with chaise, a round 6-person dining table, a daybed with a single-size mattress, and a desk with chair. The enclosed kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
The primary bedroom with views of the ocean and the resort pool and is equipped with a king-size canopy bed, TV, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom with oecan view and has a queen-size canopy bed, TV, built-in closets. The third bedroom includes a queen-size bed and built-in closets. A second full bathroom with shower is also available.
This unit provides you with 2,500 sq. ft. of living space, plus an additional 1,200 sq. ft. of private patio and garden space. Free broadband wired and wireless internet, three cable TVs, are available for your extra comfort. This unit is located in the Eagle building on the ground floor, right on the Eagle Beach.-Sleeps max 6.
NOTE: This condo can also be rented as a two-bedroom unit (sleeps 4) at a discounted rate. In this case, the third bedroom will be locked. Discounted rates for the two-bedroom version (E121-2) apply only if the arrival date is within 30 days of booking.

Great location! We would stay there again. Adjoins the pool. The beach is easy to reach across the street. Not crowded.

First, I want to say that it is hard to have a bad time in Aruba and we certainly enjoyed ourselves. We had some issues that the realty company did their best to make sure we were satisfied and it certainly made a difference for our trip. We would have been very frustrated otherwise. We have stayed at Oceania 2 other times so we had high expectations and were excited that this unit was so close to the pool and beach. However, upon arrival we were disappointed. The unit is laid out differently than the others and doesn't really maximize the space. Nothing that can be done about that, but would have been nice to not have the kitchen closed off from the rest of the unit. The other issues were evidence of problems by patching on the walls, a bad odor in the kitchen, and electrical issue with a combination of certain appliances. We found that the odor was from the dishwasher which was not functioning and had the insulation coming out. The other issue was this unit was advertised as having an outside Jacuzzi, but it really was an old one that I would expect in my home bath, plus it didn't work. Like I said the realty group took care of us and had cleaning come in to do the dishes and straighten up so we didn't have to take away from our vacation. The owner just needs to invest in this property because it really does have a great location.
