PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The Summer View Two-bedroom condo is a tastefully furnished and decorated beachfront vacation rental that maximizes your comfort and sleeping capacity. The half-circular balcony, the living room, and the primary bedroom offer you spectacular resort pool and ocean views. The balcony is completed with a BBQ-grill, a 4-seat dining table and 2 chairs with pull out futons.
The open plan living room has a 3-seat sofa-bed (with a Tempur-Pedic queen-size mattress), a large TV, and 2 armchairs. The dining area has a 6-seat dining table set, containing 4 chairs and a bench for 2. The full-sized fully equipped kitchen with 3-bar stools. There are also laundry facilities, with washer/dryer, in the hallway that lends access to both bedrooms and bathrooms.
The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, a walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with shower. The primary bedroom also has access to the balcony for your convenience. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds, a TV, built-in closets, and a second bathroom with shower.
The balcony stretches across the living room and partially across the primary bedroom with spectacular ocean views. This unit provides you with 1,600 sq.ft. of living space. A code-lock safe, cable TV, three high-definition flat screen TV's (in the living room and each bedroom), a charging station in all the rooms, free broadband wired and wireless internet are all available for your comfort. This unit is located in the Arashi building of the Oceania complex, on the second floor.

A244 was a wonderful experience. It had everything we needed for a great vacation. It was so conveniently located across from Eagle Beach. The unit included beach chairs and towels, etc. which was very helpful. The location within the building was centered so we had a perfect view of the onsite pools and across the street to the ocean. The view at sunset was spectacular. Prestige Realty which manages this condo, was very easy to work with starting on day 1. They sent reminders for each payment and we had all the details for an easy check in. Josh met us upon our arrival and walked us through everything we needed to know about the condo and what to expect at check out. The total experience from start to finish was seamless and great.We would highly recommend and we'll definitely be back in the future.

Beautiful property with comfortable accommodations and a great view. Check In could be improved along with the washing machine and dryer. Overall we had a wonderful stay and will be back

The condo was absolutely perfect and has everything needed for our stay. The pictures on website did not do it justice. Our view was absolutely breathtaking. The walk across the beach was so easy. I will definitely be back to this condo. Thanks again!
