The Mazet Bleu is a unique and peaceful place while being 5 minutes from the city center.
It includes a terrace currently shaded by a wisteria if spring is decided, a room with exposed stone, a mezzanine, a period bathroom and a kitchen bar.
10 minutes walk, you are at the arena, the historic center of Arles.
A parking space is reserved for you if you wish.
The train station is a 10-minute walk away.

Mireille gave us a very warm welcome. We appreciated the week at Mazet Bleu and the short walk to the old part of Arles (wether for visiting the market or enjoying an evening aperitif).

Merille's place is an oasis minutes from the main attractions of Arles. It feels like a Hobbit cottage with all the character to enhance your visit to an ancient Roman town. Also, Merille is a wonderful host and is very helpful in offering suggestions for making your stay memorable. I should note that the place in quite small and tall/oversiezed people may not be comfortable staying here. You should also be aware that the property is in a gated area which is secure and separate from the adjacent properties which are let's say "Lower Income" but apparently safe. You may feel an initial sence of apprehension (for North American visitors) arriving in the external parking area but all concerns will evaporate once you enter the property. Also, free parking and having a large grocery store minutes away is a big bonus. Staying at Merille's place truly added to our enjoyment of the city...

The apartment was very convenient being just a 10 minute walk from town. It had everything we needed whilst we were there. Our host was charming and helpful in pointing out some of the local sights. There is private parking just outside the apartment gates. We managed to get see all the local and nearby sights on our list. Certainly an ideal place to stop off to be near to the city centre.

Really cute apartment, quite location, very close to the city and the Wednesday market. we are used to having AC so on hot days it can get a bit warm in the apartment, but everything adds up to this being a pretty perfect place to stay. And the host is really amazing and helpful.

Property is very cute and well stocked. Has lots of character. Mireille is very charming and helpful. House is very secure and less than 10 minute walk from the Arena and Theatre. Easy to use as base and drive to Pont du Gard, Les Baux, St Remy, etc.

We had a great stay in arles, the house is just a couple minutes from city center and a great starting point do discover the region. Is has everything you need and Mireille is a great host, who also knows a lot about the region and city.

We originally decided to stay two moths to see all that Provence had to offer from one base. The charming place was a converted farmhouse and faced an enclosed courtyard with plantings and lots of sunshine. One week after arrival, lock-down occurred. Our hosts were so lovely and concerned that we asked if we could stay the booked time: in our opinion it was better to stay in place rather than travel back to the US. Our host made us feel like family and provided help with navigating the difficulties of stay-in-place. She, as a travel agent herself, provided us with information and insights we did not expect. All necessities outside were in walking distance, and the sights of Arles are charming and historic. We hope to return annually.

We as a family with 2 children had a very good time in blue Mazet. Organisation, communication and transprency are exemplary. Mireille is a very kind person, uncomplicated, attentively, helpful. We used the Blue Mazet 7 days as a Basis for small excursions in wonderful places of the provence. We got also valuable information from Mireille. We would come back again to this place. The location presents a short walk to the core of the city, barely a ten minute walk to the train station, the owners made us feel like part of the family, and although they are busy people, took the time to take us by car somewhere where we could not have gone to otherwise. The property was clean and well furnished, and secure. Good place for limited budget travellers.

This apartment was very comfortable. Spacious. And has a large kitchen area to go with it in a connected room. The area was quiet and it was very easy to walk to the center of Old Town Arles. Great Roman Colosseum! The only minor drawback is that the shower/bath is small and a bit cramped for a 6-foot guy like myself. Everything worked fine.

The Bleu Mazet was a wonderful place for my wife and I to use as a home while we explored Provence. The accommodations were terrific and we truly felt like we were living as locals. The home is a very short walk from both train and town center and includes everything one needs. Mireille was a terrific host and made us very welcome. We couldn't have found a better place. The Blue Mazet is the perfect place to stay in Arles: It is centric but calm. The flat is well equipped, the bed is comfortable and the kitchen has everything one needs. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely come again.
