About this house rental
In the Finca Serra Alta, in the immediate vicinity of the beautiful Mallorcan town of Porreres and on a hill, you will enjoy magical holidays.
You can feel the comfort and the luxury to your feet. The villa is equipped with all amenities that combine a modern and functional style with luxury. It also has its own tennis court with floodlights.
The entire finca has five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Three bedrooms are located in the main house, each with another bedroom in separate outbuildings that are self-contained. In one of these outbuildings there is also a small kitchen.
The beautiful design kitchen and the spacious and bright living room to relax are a dream.
On request it is also possible to rent only the main house (3 bedrooms, maximum 6 persons).
The finca (as well as the outbuildings) are equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating, so that this area can be used in any season.
The finca has a beautiful terrace with a dream view of the island. Due to the special location of the finca on a hill you are undisturbed and have a 360 degree view of the island. The beautifully designed garden invites you to take a walk anytime. Also to the property of the finca is a "wild garden", this is ideal for children to let off steam.
Of course, there is a large infinity pool at the main house. Furthermore, there is the possibility undisturbed to play a game of tennis on the on-site tennis court. Also ideal for tennis professionals to combine the holiday with a little training.
Incidentally, Porreres is a bit off the main road Palma - Manacor in the Palma de Mallorca region. Here it is idylic, quiet and contemplative. In Porreres live about 5 500 inhabitants. The name of the town comes from the knight Guillem de Porrera. He was very involved in the campaign to conquer Majorca.
As an important source of income of the place is the cultivation of wine, but also with apricots trading and good money is earned.
The Monastery Santuari de Montision is located south of Porreres on a mountain. In front of the monastery there is a parking lot.
Furthermore, you can visit numerous museums in the area, such as the Museum of Contemporary Art "Museo Municipal de Arte contemporaneo" and the small museum "Museu i Fons Artístic de Porreres". Admission is free.
The well-attended weekly market is always on Tuesdays. In addition to numerous fruits and vegetables in the region, many traders also exhibit their traditional crafts. Furthermore, various clothes and shoes can be purchased. The individual market stalls are set up from the main square in the quaint streets, along the many bars. Some locals like to sit down there, pick up their guitar and play some nice melodies.
In addition to the traditional folk festivals, a big city festival Fira de Tardor will be held in the autumn time in October. In addition to numerous stalls there is a petting zoo to buy a lot of traditional crafts and island-specific specialties.

Just giving a simple impression of the property would not do justice to this wonderful place. Everything around, as well as in the house is pure style, class, privacy and sports. We stayed as a family of five and did have a wonderful vacation. We will definitely return.

Otroligt härligt utomhus, lyxig pool och roligt med tennisbanan. Lite tråkiga möbler och kantstött porslin.

My personal opinion about this villa after spending two weeks here.
The villa is nice and the landscape is huge
but
- it is isolated from everything
- its Swimmingpool is very deep which is dangerous for small children
$$$$
