The Space:

Villa Son March is a spacious Mallorcan country house set on an extensive former agricultural estate in the peaceful countryside near Petra. Combining traditional architectural elements with modern comforts, the villa accommodates up to 12 guests and is particularly suitable for families and groups.



The property has six elegant double bedrooms, three on each floor. Every bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom, providing all guests with comfort and privacy.



On the ground floor, the large living and dining area includes comfortable seating and a dining table for 12 guests. A second living room upstairs provides an additional space for relaxing or spending time together.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine and espresso machine. Air conditioning is available in every room, while the fireplace provides a welcoming atmosphere during the cooler months. Complimentary Wi-Fi and satellite television are also available.



Outside, the centrepiece is the private chlorinated swimming pool, measuring approximately 12 × 9 metres and up to 1.7 metres deep. The pool includes a separate shallow section for children. Children must nevertheless remain under constant adult supervision around the pool.



The spacious pool terrace features 12 wooden sun loungers, shaded areas and attractive lantern lighting for the evenings. A covered terrace provides a comfortable outdoor dining area, while both a built-in brick barbecue and a portable barbecue are available.

Sineu, known for its traditional weekly market, and Manacor, renowned for its ceramics and local shops, are also within convenient driving distance.



The villa is located close to one of Mallorca’s scenic cycling routes. Secure bicycle storage is available at the property.
