The Space:

Villa Sa Sinia is a spacious country house set on a historic agricultural estate in the peaceful countryside near Petra. Its architecture combines traditional Mallorcan style with modern comforts, providing a relaxing and private setting for families and groups of up to 12 guests.



The villa has six comfortable double bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom. This arrangement provides guests with a high level of comfort and privacy.



The large living and dining area features comfortable seating and a welcoming fireplace. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals for the entire group.



Air conditioning is available in every room, while complimentary Wi-Fi and satellite television provide entertainment and connectivity throughout the stay.



Outside, guests can enjoy a private chlorinated swimming pool measuring approximately 10 × 8 metres and up to 1.6 metres deep. The pool includes a separate shallow section for children. Children must nevertheless remain under constant adult supervision around the pool.



The spacious pool terrace is furnished with 12 sun loungers and sunshades, offering plenty of space for everyone. Several covered terraces provide shaded areas for dining and relaxing, while a portable barbecue is available for preparing meals outdoors.

The villa is also located close to one of Mallorca’s scenic cycling routes. Secure bicycle storage is available at the property for cycling enthusiasts.

Shared sports facilities:



Villa Sa Sinia and the neighbouring properties share access to tennis and volleyball facilities.



· Tennis court availability: Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, subject to availability

· Tennis court rate in June and July: €17 per hour

· Tennis court rate during the rest of the year: €15 per hour

· The Balearic Islands impose a mandatory tourist tax known as the Ecotasa. All guests aged 16 or over must pay this tax in cash upon arrival. The applicable rate ranges from €0.55 to €2.20 per guest, per night, depending on the season

To comply with current public safety regulations, all guests must complete an online registration before arrival. This process is carried out through our secure check-in platform and may require an image of each guest’s identity document and/or a selfie.
