Within these ancient walls, you’ll walk in the footsteps of the 16th century. Wide stone walls, weathered cobblestones, and the typical architectural style of the era immediately create a cozy atmosphere and spark the imagination. The old mill tower is visible from the street and points the way to the driveway, which ends in an archway. The 500-square-meter building features a total of 5 double bedrooms, one of which is a walk-through room. Of the 4 bathrooms, 3 are en suite; one is located on the first floor as a poolside bathroom. There is also a guest restroom. The blend of antique masonry and furniture with modern technology offers the comforts of the present day combined with the charm of bygone eras. The property has always been family-owned. All beds and mattresses date from 2012. The 12 x 5-meter pool will be completed by the end of March 2012. A dishwasher and washing machine are available.
Events can be held at the finca, but only for up to 80 people. An additional fee applies, and the security deposit is increased.
