A côté des commerces, pas loin de la plage et du vieux Nice, une belle terrasse.
Nous avons bien profité de notre semaine à Nice avec toutes ces conditions.

Bien vérifier l'état du logement avant une nouvelle occupation. Le logement pourrait être inoccupé pour un certain temps avant l'arrivée d'un nouvel occupant, des dégâts peuvent survenir entre temps (terrasse inondée pour notre cas,)
