No breakfast. Location perfect for my work at the Mahidol University Salaya Campus. Friendly staff, but unfortunately communication in english was spotty. My thai is not good enough to communicate elaborately with the staff.
The WiFi was very bad. It worked more or less at the beginning of the stay (up to 10-15 Mbps), but the last days it didn't work at all or at rates below 1 Mbps ! I could connect to the WiFi, but the actual internet connection was on off ... basically unusable.

Staff was fine. Location also good easy to find place. A lots of food restaurant just a bit difficult to pick good one
All in need simple room with everything aircon bed tv Wi-Fi.
