Family House - Long Stay in BKK

The small apartment was well-equipped and comfortable for two people. It offered a modern bathroom, with a great sized shower and good water pressure, a comfortable mattress, a smart TV, a small sofa and table, as well as a washing machine, drying rack, and a wardrobe with hangers—features that were particularly convenient for us, as we stayed for 6 days. Wi-Fi and AC worked great (additional plus: two ACs available, one in the living space and one in the bedroom). The building complex itself is outstanding. We worked remotely during our stay and greatly appreciated the shared workspaces, including a library, designated office rooms, and several lounge areas. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout these spaces and performed reliably during uploads, downloads, and video calls. The 24-hour gym is well equipped, and the long, clean pool was rarely crowded. The entire complex is very well maintained, quiet, and supported by on-site security, reflecting a residential environment rather than a tourist or party setting. The location is excellent for travellers who prefer a more local atmosphere. The complex is only a five-minute walk from the Phasi Charoen MRT station (Blue Line). The neighbourhood offers numerous food stalls, a food-stall market directly across from the metro station, and a shopping mall. Chinatown is about 25 minutes away by MRT. If you want to avoid the busy city centre but still reach it easily, this is a great choice. However, first-time visitors aiming to stay close to the main temples and sights should note that it typically takes around 34-40minutes to reach them.

The cleanliness did not fully meet expectations. The shower doors were calcified, the floors were not thoroughly cleaned, and some dust and hair from previous guests were still present. Additionally, the towels were quite worn and only two were provided. It would be appreciated if the host could replace them and provide at least four towels (two large and two small), as well as pool towels, given that a swimming pool is available.

Host was very accommodating I couldn’t gat tv to work. Host sent a guy to fix even though she was in Hong Kong

No restaurant for some body who can’t walk far. Had a store

Perfect location near MRT, Mall and local food market. Beds comfortable, bathroom and kitchen were usable and air con worked well. When one of the units started leaking the host fixed it quickly even though we only had another couple of days to stay. Our child had a sofa bed by the window and loved it.

Not a dislike exactly but there is a fair amount of earthquake damage to the building and the apartment. Doesn't look great.

I like this apartment very much I stayed for 9 nights there. And the person that gave me the key was really nice. And its basically your own apartment. And you also benefit from the amenities from the building like pooll and gym. There is also a 7/11 in the near and also a mall Its 40 minute away from the center with MRT which is good for me to have a bit quite normal area I would highly recommend it

The bed is a bit hard but its not a big deal for me in the end.
