Fantastische ligging ,
Je zit rustig , maar alles vlakbij .
De trap .
We zijn wat ouder , zaten op de tweede etage was trap op en af .
Volgende keer de benedenverdieping boeken.. het was goed te doen daar niet van .

Host is very communicative, prompt and pleasant. Layout of place is well-designed and sufficiently spacious with couch area, dining table, good-sized bedroom and bathroom. It has hairdryer, iron and ironing board, many hangers, comfortable bed and nice linens. There is a shared washing machine that can be used after 3pm, and there were clotheslines on the balcony to hang clothes. Kitchen was sufficiently equipped for my needs (did not cook). The place is located in small alleyway away from the main road, and very residential, so it is very quiet at night for light sleepers. However, if you do not stay on the top floor it may be a little less quiet. The immediate neighbourhood/ neighbours also feels very safe even late at night because it is well-lit. Would 100% return to stay.
The location was perfect for my purposes (had work nearby) but is a little far from touristic areas and not super near to convenience stores or restaurants because of location in narrow residential alleyways. Advisable to walk out to the main road for taxis or cars. However, it is close to Hua Lamphong MRT and you can buy water, small snacks, coffee from neighbours who sell out of their houses. The aircon in the bedroom was not so cold. Small details like a drying rack for dishes would be appreciated, or some hooks behind the bathroom door. The left luggage system can be difficult to access due to obstacles in the alleyway.

A perfect place to stay in the heart of Bangkok. Everything we needed was high quality, comfy and spotless clean, from power plugs to bed. The host is super nice and helpful. Will definitely stay there again

Absolutely 100% comfortable had everything I needed. Eric the host was on top of things of anything I asked for. I recommend this place for people being in the heart of real life Bangkok family people just to feel the vibe of what it’s like to live there. very close to Chinatown. but still not quite walking distance. 🌟🌟🌟🌟 in my opinion for feeling the vibe ❤️☮️
