Căn hộ hơi ẩm thấp, toilet nhà vệ sinh rất nhỏ. Vệ sinh sàn chưa được sạch lắm. ở Tầng 4 nên việc xác vali lên xuống hơi mệt. Không có thang máy. Nhưng giá này ngay trung tâm nên những vấn đề này không thành vấn đề. Khuyến cáo với người lớn tuổi đi lại khó khăn và có bé nhỏ dưới 3 tuổi đi hơi nguy hiểm.

The host was kind and responsive. They replaced the hot water kettle promptly and provided clear instructions for the TV. The best part was the location — very close to the BTS, making it easy to get around Bangkok.

We were under the impression that we had booked a private, two-bedroom apartment, but the layout felt more like a dormitory than a self-contained home. Our space was on the fourth floor and included two bedrooms, a small TV room, and two bathrooms — all connected by a dimly lit corridor without air conditioning. Only the bedrooms and TV room had aircon, and the bathrooms were located outside the bedrooms, which further added to the dorm-like feel. Cleanliness was also below our expectations. There were ants in the space, and the microwave was extremely dirty. The bedsheets and overall room aesthetics were noticeably different from what was shown in the listing photos. While the two rooms each had two double beds to accommodate up to 8 guests, the facilities felt stretched at full capacity. We were provided with 8 bath towels, but drying space was limited — the hangers and drying racks were not sufficient for everyone’s use, making laundry and towel-drying a challenge. We also noticed rooms on the third floor, which made us wonder if the space might be shared. Thankfully, those rooms were unoccupied during our stay, so we had some privacy. One bedroom had very firm mattresses, and the other had a leaky ceiling. Additionally, we didn’t realize the listing did not include a full kitchen — only a microwave and toaster were available, which made food preparation quite limiting. That said, the host was responsive and the location was a big plus — very close to the BTS, which made getting around convenient. However, we do feel the listing could be more transparent about the layout, amenities, and overall condition of the space so future guests can better manage their expectations.
