    I book one-bedroom apartment with no pool view ( 60m square). However, when I checkin they upgrade us to 2-bedroom apartment with pool view. The room is very clean and the space is awesome. They aslo have the free shuttle bus to take us to main road or bts station ( but if the working time a but earlier is bettel- now start at 9am) . Overall, this is aslo valuable hotel for family.

    Overall, we had a nice stay at Teja Hotel and our family was satisfied. I would rate it 7/10. The location is convenient, with 7-Eleven within walking distance and a wide choice of eateries nearby. The hotel shuttle to Nana BTS is also easily available, which made getting around Bangkok convenient. The staff are very friendly and responsive. When we reported an air-conditioning leak, we were immediately transferred to another room, which we really appreciated. The rooms are spacious, and the housekeeping service is very good. Towels and bottled water were replenished daily, and the room was cleaned well throughout our stay. There are, however, several areas that could be improved. The main issue was the unpleasant sewage smell coming from the toilet. The sink also has no cover/stopper, and the shower head needs maintenance as it kept coming loose. The water temperature was also inconsistent, switching between hot and cold during showers. For a hotel that caters to many longer-stay guests, it would also be helpful to provide more basic amenities, particularly slippers and a clothes-drying rack. More attention should be given to general maintenance, as parts of the room and building are showing their age. We also encountered issues such as leaking pipes and a faulty sliding-door lock. There is also only one lift serving the hotel, so going up and down can take quite a while, especially during busy periods when many guests are using it. Despite these shortcomings, our family enjoyed the stay, mainly because of the spacious rooms, convenient location, good housekeeping, and especially the friendly and helpful staff. Overall, 7/10 — a pleasant stay, but Teja Hotel could definitely do better with maintenance and room amenities

    Excellent location, very close to bars, food outlets, nana skytrain 7 mins away, quiet soi, staff very nice, courteous, friendly, helpful, nice room amenities, swimming pool very good, highly recommend

    Big difference between the rooms. Some equipment are completely outdated, broken or dirty. AC is super noisy. The staff is the jewel of the place : absolutely nice. The location is not family friendly. No place to have dinner at night with kids for instance. Our appartement was very confortable for our stay because super spacious
