La sécurité du bâtiment ainsi que du logement est superbe. Guy était très réactif et enthousiaste ! L’appartement était conforme aux photos, charmant et bien décoré.

La cuisine était top mais pas trop fonctionnelle car très peu de vaisselle et assez restreinte en terme de place

Cool vibes and very convenient to get to where we needed to go. Walkable to Lumphini park / One Bangkok mall or a very short ride away. Host was very helpful and friendly. Will stay here again

Great quiet location very close to center of Bangkok. Loved staying here the decour of the rooms was amazing, it was super comfy and cozy. The staff/owner were really friendly and kind. It gave you a calm feeling of your own unique space within the busy city of Bangkok.

The property was in a good area, not far from a 7-11. The street was quiet. The host provided a huge list of things to do in Bangkok.

The apartment we booked was not the apartment we were given. We booked a two room apartment and were given a one room with 2 double beds shoved inside. When we asked for our correct apartment, we were informed they were booked out. We had requested an extra bed (which was approved) which was not in the apartment. When asked for it, we were given a mattress to put on the floor. The bathroom had a sewage smell for the stay. On our second last night, the resident above (a long term resident apparently who is a friend of the host) had an extremely loud party from 22.00-04.00 with many guests coming in and out by our door. We asked our host to ask his friend to quiet down and nothing was resolved. We could not sleep and unfortunately had to find a hotel for our final night of our stay in Bangkok. We did raise our issues with the host who declined to resolve them nor compensate us. Beware that the pictures and descriptions of apartments may not be what you receive.
