The place is new and the location is less than a km from Nana plaza. But it is away from the crowded part of the street tucked in one lane which made it very peaceful. Our room was on the third floor and we had to climb a flight of stairs since there is no lift. That might be a problem for some people. The balcony was small but nice where a smoker can sit and smoke. There were one double bed and a single bed in one room and the room can easily accommodate three people. In the outset room there was a couch. The fridge, tea maker, induction, tv were all functional. There is a massage parlour next to the building where we got some very good massage at night. Very safe and comfortable place.
