About this villa rental
This splendid retreat is located on the West side of Kea
Island at a convenient 10 minute drive from the main port .
It is part of a private residantial area in a 18000 sq. plot.
The complex is situated on an rocky slope and consists of 12 independent villas, each one with its own garden, parking and Swimming Pool .Their elevated position offers panoramic Views of the Aegean Sea . A private path leads you to an unspoiled small sandy bay with majestic underwater sceneries.
The propertie occupies 1000 sq meters of the above land .
A real highlight of this property is its fabulous outdoor space ,totally protected from North Winds, that usually blows during the summer.
A chill-out area of 1000 sq. plot surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden consists of a sparkling pool and a large shaded wooden pergola.In this area there is a comfortable stone built sofa, a monastery dinning table for 10 people and sun beds all around where someone can enjoy the brilliant sun.The sunset from this terrace is amazing. When this hour approaches the only thing someone has to do is to make a drink and choose the best point to enjoy it .As the sun sinks, coloring the no ending sea carpet under his feet, wild birds make their last dives for food before the night comes. If you are lucky enough you might see dolphins or sea turtles or even our "pet", a big seal. The beauty of nature at this particular time is breathtaking.
The stylish three level stone built villa,has been carefully decorated with great taste. Inside the house the waxed polished cement technique has been used every where.The hand made curved white walls make this house so unique and pleasant. All spaces are fully air conditioning by a central unit and there is a TV in every room.The house offers many luxurious amenities and home like comforts.

What can I say? We simply loved this villa, the views, the sunsets, wow! It really is beautifully located, well equipped to a high standard with all you will need, and super comfortable. it is even better than the photos suggest, so much so that it was with reluctance that we went out to visit the rest of the island. The pool is great - deep, clean and with a view across the sea to the distant islands. The sea was a little choppy at times but it is still possible to find sheltered parts of the bay for nice snorkelling or swimming.To cap it off, Sofia is also such a lovely, kind and communicative host! 10/10

We had the most fantastic stay at Sofia's villa on Kea. The views were epic, the villa was clean and comfortable for our family of four and Kea was a treasure. Sofia met us at the ferry and guided us to the villa the day we arrived and introduced us to the villa. She is the perfect hostess and had thought of everything needed to make our visit a fantastic one! The villa has a private cove with great swimming and is close to the local port which has grocery stores and restaurants. And the sunsets might have been the most amazing I have ever seen.
Our only regret is that we were not able to stay longer! Thank you Sofia!!

We had a fabulous stay at Sofia's villa in Melissaki! The pictures do not do this place justice- the view is just epic. Very comfortable beds/bedding, perfect sleeping arrangement for our family of 5 (one bdrm is on the basement level, 2 on the 2nd floor). The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for meals at home- including 2 dinners served on the gorgeous patio overlooking the Aegean Sea! In addition to the pool, there was the most gorgeous cove a 2 minute walk from the villa- one of our most favorite memories of our 5 day visit was swimming in that beautiful cove.
The location was perfect- about a 10-15 min drive from Kea Port (restaurants, bakery, market). From the villa, we had daily adventures around the island (Sofia provided a great list of outings and we hit most of them). We loved visiting Loulis (capital village), Karthea (great hike down to ruins, beautiful beach), Otzia and Spathi.
Many thanks to Sofia for making our stay so special and being so responsive to our questions. We hope to return to Kea someday.

We had a wonderful stay in Kea in this beautiful home. The views (especially at sunset) we will remember for a lifetime. Kea is a great place to visit with so many beaches, the lovely town of Ioulida (with dramatic views) and super restaurants. Snorkelling in the clear water was fantastic! This is not Greece for the tourists but Greece at its best. Would advise renting a 4x4 if you want to drive to all the locations in the island as some roads are difficult.The house was gorgeous (finished to high specification and beautifully decorated) and Sofia made us so welcome.Thank you again Sofia!!
