About this villa rental
Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. Kea is a hidden gem in the Cycladic Islands and has its own unique style. As there are very few hotels on the island, private houses are rented out, most or all of them made of local stone. The island has 45 beaches, most of them accessible by boat. Kea is the ideal island for those that want to relax and have a great vacation.
Villa Aqua Marina is set on two levels and consists of a ground floor with a living room and a fireplace, a fully equipped open- plan kitchen, one bedroom with 2 single beds , a second bedroom with two single beds and one bathroom. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. Outside there is a 350 sq meters terrace with a 45 sq meters swimming pool, covered seating and dining areas, a BBQ and covered parking for 3 to 4 cars. Near the BBQ there is a guest house, with a bedroom with one double bed and a single bed, a bathroom and a kitchenette.
The villa will be de-sanitized, including the air-conditioning units before guests arrive and after their departure.

Overall, this was a very nice property. The house was clean and had plenty of room for a large family or group. The setup of the house, deck and pool allows space to relax inside or outside, sun or shade. Our host was wonderful and communicated quickly in all situations.
She met us at the dock to show us the house, which was very nice. She shared information about where to shop, eat and activities all over the island. This part of he island can be windy, but the wind fluctuates on/off. You need a car to stay at this property. Visitors should know that the tap water on Kea is not potable. Everyone drinks bottled water, and uses it for tooth bushing, coffee, etc.
