About this villa rental
The villa is in the area of Akrotiri, Otzia, 6 minutes by car from the Port of Kea. The villa has a large terrace which offers a panoramic sea view. On the terrace there are various shaded areas (pergolas), with dining and seating areas for the all the guests, where you can sit and enjoy the view whilst having a meal or drink, protected from the hot summer sun. A great place for a large family or group of friends to have their vacation.
Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. Kea is a hidden gem in the Cycladic Islands and has its own unique style. There are very few hotels, mostly private houses are rented out, most or all made of local stone. Kea is the ideal island for those that want to relax, have good food and a great vacation. There are 3 to 4 ferry boats a day going to and from the island.
The villa is ideal for a family or a small group of friends, it is close to the beach of Otzia, about a 2 minute car ride and 5 minutes from the well known small and picturesque Marina of Vourkari, with its restaurants, cafes and a few bars.
The villa, which is 140sq meters, is set on a 1,370sq meters plot of land. The property is on two levels and consists of a ground floor with a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower.
Near the house there is a large guest house with a living room with a fireplace, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. In the living room there is a built in sofa where one person can sleep.
Near the swimming pool there is a gas BBQ.
Outside the villa there is a large terrace with a swimming pool, covered seating and dining areas from where one has a fantastic sea view. Leading off the terrace, there is a separate area with a covered seating/dining area.
The villa will be de-sanitized, including the air-conditioning units before guests arrive and after their departure.

From the moment we booked and conversed with our host, Maria, we knew it would be a wonderful trip - and it was! The house was gorgeous, and had ample room for our family of 8 to have all the space they needed. Maria was available and from when we arrived at the port, throughout our stay. We felt at home in the house and on the island immediately and hope we can return one day soon.

Really enjoyed staying in this property. We're a family of 7 and there was plenty of space for us to be all together or to have quiet moments apart. Has everything you need and want from a holiday rental. Maria was very helpful--thanks for everything.
