About this apartment rental

This apartment is ideally located in a lively area, close to all the small local shops: supermarket, bakery, chocolate shop Le Roux. It is also very close to the pier for the islands: Belle-Ile, Houat, Hoedic. Its recent renovation gives it a holiday atmosphere with its wide 180 ° view of the sea and the Grand Plage. The decoration is neat and renewed regularly to always surprise the many regulars!

What a delight. The apartment was just as advertised with a fantastic view over the bay, was clean and tidy and had all the facilities you could wish for. Muriel and her daughter were extremely helpful and polite. The location was spot on and allowed us to tour the area at ease. There was a good selection of bars and restaurant's to choose from and if you like fish you will be spoilt for choice. The added bonus of a garage nearby was a must for us to secure our motorbikes.

Wohnung entspricht genau den Bildern und Beschreibung. Wohnung war sehr sauber und top eingerichtet. Küche war alles vorhanden. Wunderschöner Ausblick aufs Meer und Sandstrand vor der Türe. Man muss sich nur bewußt sein, dass es auch mal Lauter an der Strandpromenade sein kann. Check-In mit Joel war unproblematisch und sehr nett. Schöne Grüße an Joel :-) Kontaktaufnahme mit Anbieter sehr gut und sehr freundlich. Auf Fragen wurde immer und schnell geantwortet. Quiberon ist eine Reise wert.

2ème séjour dans ce bel appartement joliment décoré, tout confort avec de belles prestations. Situation idéale au cœur de la ville avec boutiques, bars, restaurants de toutes catégories et proche embarcadère pour les îles . Et bien évidemment une vue mer exceptionnel avec un grand balcon en surplomb de la plage.. Le plus, un garage à disposition.

Nicht nur die Lage des Objektes in Hinsicht auf die Sicht aufs Meer und den Strand, sondern auch die Zentralität zum Ort und seinen Geschäften ist kaum zu übertreffen. Die Wohnung ist auch modern und attraktiv ein gerichtet. Da fiel es auch leicht, coronagemäß öfters selbst zu kochen. Auf jeden Fall ein hervorragender Ort, um selbst im Dezember/Januar einige Wochen sehr entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen.

De ontvangst door Muriel was hartelijk. Het appartement had een prachtig, breed uitzicht op zee en strand. Zeer centraal gelegen. Alle comfort aanwezig. Jammer dat de zitplaatsen minder comfortabel waren.

Malgré la tempête qui a agité tout notre séjour, on a adoré vivre dans cet appartement, qui a une vue parfaite et une luminosité très appréciée. L'appartement est très agréable à vivre. Une vue exceptionnelle sur la plage, le port, la mer, les îles. Situé à proximité (et même au dessus) des bars, restaurants et tous commerces, sans nuisances, cet appartement est hyper clair, lumineux, très joliment décoré et parfaitement équipé. Rien ne manque. Comme l'appartement, la résidence est propre et calme et petit plus un garage fermé proposé à proximité. Pour un séjour parfait, nous recommandons cette location.

Leider war die Wohnung bei unserer Ankunft nicht geheizt. Es dauerte drei Tage bis es wärmer wurde. Und weil vermutlich seit mehreren Wochen niemand da war, waren Staub und Dreck überall zu sehen. Das Backblech im Ofen war nicht benutzbar, genau so wenig wie die Bratpfannen. Aussicht und Lage top.

Wem bei der Auswahl der Ferienwohnung ein schöner Blick auf den Strand und das Meer wichtig ist, dem kann man dieses Appartment wärmstens empfehlen - besser geht es kaum! Aber auch sonst ist die Wohnung hübsch eingerichtet, verfügt über bequeme Betten und liegt wirklich absolut zentral. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche!

The location is absolutely fabulous with an excellent view on "La Grand Plage". Everything you need is within 5min to walk or less (Boulangerie, Carrefour, Market, Bistro, ATM, Restaurant, Shopping, Beach, ...). Only the garage needs maybe 7 (but hey, who needs the car in this spot and: at least there is a garage plus there is the possibility of 1h free parking directly in front of the appartment :-) The appartment itself is bright, friendly, well equipped and did I mention the view? Wow!!! The landlady is extremly friendly and uncomplicated, communication was anwered always right on spot. All left for me is to thank for two very nice weeks in Quiberon and to give my unlimited recommendation.
