Welcome to Lec'h Mat, a character house ideal for 6 people, nestled in a peaceful area with easy parking.
You will be seduced by its Breton charm, its warm comfort and its completely renovated kitchen. Each room has been designed for your well-being: bright living room, cozy bedding, complete equipment.
A perfect cocoon to recharge your batteries with family or friends. Put down your suitcases, everything is ready!
The house is equipped with Wifi.
Our house is set up as follows:
On the first floor:
-A large living room with its dining and living area - access to the garden
- A modern kitchen, fitted and equipped: dishwasher, induction hob, oven, 1-door refrigerator with freezer part, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, etc.
-A new shower room
-A laundry room with washing machine and drying rack
Guests can enjoy a sunny garden with table, chairs, sun loungers and a charcoal barbecue.
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1 with a1 double bed 160cm
- Bedroom 2 with a 140cm double bed
-Bedroom 3 with a 140cm double bed
- A bright bathroom
-Separate toilet
You can park your vehicle in the property, plus there is also free and unlimited parking on the street.

She will be available throughout your stay to answer your requests (cleaning, babysitter, full fridge...)
Marie can welcome you from 2pm, depending on availability and cleaning to be carried out.
Marie can welcome you until 8pm. Beyond that, you will be asked for 10 euros per additional hour (until midnight)
You must vacate the house before 11am. If you wish to stay later in the day, and it is possible, do not hesitate to ask for it (you will be asked for 10 euros per hour)
