Our family apartment located 200 meters from the beach, 500 meters from the city center and in a very quiet residence will be the ideal place to spend your holidays in Quiberon.
This 67m2 apartment offers a large living room with a view of the 40m2 terrace, 2 bedrooms and their access to the terrace, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds reserved for children under 14 years old, 1 bathroom and separate toilet, It can accommodate up to 6 people.
You will have Wi-Fi.
Bed and bath linen is provided and cleaning is included

Bedroom 1 - 1 bed of 160cm - direct access to the terrace
Bedroom 2 - 1 bed of 140cm - direct access to the terrace terrace
Bedroom 3 - 1 bunk bed (2 beds of 90cm suitable only for children under 15 years old) - bedroom with tinted window that does not open and overlooks the corridor of the building.
1 baby can be accommodated (we provide you with 1 high chair and 1 travel cot)
The 40m2 terrace with garden view is not overlooked
A parking card will be provided to you to park on the street for free for 3 days (to be added to a disc)

She will be available throughout your stay to answer your requests (sheets, towels, cleaning, babysitter, full fridge...)
The main services we offer are the following (to be ordered as soon as possible and paid for on the day of your arrival) (cheques/cash/credit cards accepted):
- Sheets: 5€ per bed prepared (bed linen provided)
- race: 20€/hour
The Ty Accueil team can welcome you from 4pm, depending on availability and cleaning to be carried out. If you wish to arrive earlier, do not hesitate to ask them.
The Ty Accueil team can welcome you until 8pm. Beyond that, you will be asked for 10 euros per additional hour (until midnight)
You must vacate the apartment before 10am. If you wish to stay later in the day, and it is possible, do not hesitate to ask for it (you will be asked for 10 euros per hour) - the apartment must be left in the same state of cleanliness as you found it
