About this house rental
If you like the mix of old and new, this house (recently listed Quiberon's remarkable heritage!) will please you ! Completely redone, we have made sure that it keeps some small details that are the charm of his old age ... You will be welcomed in its large living room + fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine Nespresso -capsules-, electric kettle, ceramic hob ...). On the 1st floor, you will find 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms with comfortable bedding: bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 2 single beds + 1 pull-out bed of the same size as a single bed, bedroom with bed 160 cm + possibility to add bed folding baby. All mattresses in the rooms are covered with mattress and pillow cover, changed after each rental to ensure perfect hygiene.
Sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases, towels are available to you free of charge (to be specified when booking).
From the house, you can also go to Haliguen port market, Wednesday in high season or downtown in the morning or the beaches (The large beach, beach of the bay, beaches of Port Haliguen or walking either by bike (500 m approx). -Supermarket Casino 50 m.
We give free bicycles for the whole family: 4 adult bicycles including 1 with child seat (see photo) at your disposal with padlock + 3 child bikes (provide helmets! ...).
The terrace is located on the gable of the house (Weber barbecue available). The exterior is walled, you can park up to 2 cars, which is a luxury inaccessible to Quiberon as you know ...!
On your arrival, you will be welcomed by a professional, Company SEF, to whom we call who will make you a visit and an inventory of the house and will give you a set of keys and the remote control of the electric gate.
A deposit of 300 euros (in case of degradation or theft of a bike) will be requested when you book, refunded within 7 days maximum after your departure via the system Abritel, if no degradation found.
Even if we like them, for the comfort of our tenants, animals are not allowed. The house is rented on the day of arrival and departure you want (14 nights minimum in summer - 7 outside). Enjoy to arrive or leave outside busy days like Saturday!

Open planned house with private secure parking, enclosed garden with covered veranda area. Outdoor furniture is comfortable. Push bikes are a useful addition. Care with toddlers/young children as house is open planned and two steps down to toilet and entrance. Windows in living room open inwards and are down to floor level. Living accommodation is on first and second floor. Scored 4/5 would have been higher if there was a feeding chair with reins and travel cot. Would definitely return.

We are a family of four and we stayed at 'Les Margurites' in early August,
Les Marguerites is a traditional Breton house of a good size that has been tastefully modernised with stylish open-plan living downstairs and three decent bedrooms upstairs. We found it very clean and well kept. All the fixtures and fittings are well thought out and of good quality. There are many nice personal touches which makes this a delightful house to stay in.
But best of all is the location. In the heart of the beautiful and very French resort of Quiberon, from Les Marguerites it is a 5 minute walk east to the charming Port Haliguen, a 5 minute walk west to the bustling centre of Quiberon and just a few minutes further to its Grande Plage with bars and restaurants. If that's too far there is a nice creperie and a high end gourmet restaurant across the road and a supermarket 100m away. Feeling energetic? Walk or cycle round the spectacular Quiberon peninsula from the house. We didn't use the car all week.
The owner Mdme Seron responded quickly and efficiently to questions when we were booking and the local agent Aurelia was friendly and helpful. We hadn't used Home and Away before but found the whole process very straightforward.
We loved our stay at Les Marguerites and highly recommend it.
