Ein schönes Feriendomizil

Die Wohnung war geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet; die Terrasse war groß und gut möbliert. 4 Liegen, 1 großer Tisch und 6 Stühle und 1 großer, rechteckiger Sonnenschirm. Da die äußere Wohnung, war die Terrasse seitlich von außen gut einzusehen; seltsamerweise hat uns das nicht gestört, da eigentlich nur nette Leute vorbeikamen. Strand/Promenade und Stadt sind fußgängig gut zu erreichen. Trotzdem liegt die Wohnung sehr ruhig; allerdings, Wohnung und Haus sind sehr hellhörig. Kleiner Wermutstropfen, obwohl Ende Mai/Anfang Juni war es morgens und abends noch recht kühl und etwas heizen war durchaus angezeigt, zumal die Wohnung nicht unterkellert und damit ziemlich fußkalt ist! Und dann, ausgerechnet Pfingstsamstag Abend, gab die Heizung/Warmwasser den Geist auf und konnte erst am folgenden Mittwoch repariert werden. Mit Hilfe eines Heizlüfters, eines Wasserkochers, einiger findiger Ideen und, last but not least, unserer lieben Vermieterin Anne-Laure, haben wir diese Tage gut überstanden. Und, alle die nach uns kommen, haben eine nagelneue Heiztherme. Der Abschied fiel uns sehr schwer, aber wer weiß, vielleicht nächstes Jahr ........! Eine Anmerkung sei mir noch gestattet, eine Mikrowelle, ein Badhocker und ein Haltegriff in der Dusche kämen noch auf unsere Wunschliste!

Emplacement parfait ! tout peut se faire à pied. La location est parfaite pr 4, les lits et la literie impeccable, et la terrasse extérieure un véritable plus. Nous avons même pu déjeuner dehors en février 👍🏻

Idéalement située pour découvrir Quiberon et ses environs. Appartement superbe et spacieux pour une grande famille. Tout peut se faire sans la voiture. La plage est à deux minutes le coeur de la ville à cinq. Parfait.

Wir kennen Quiberon sehr gut, waren aber von der Lage der Wohnung begeistert. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert und sehr, sehr freundlich - alles hat bestens funktioniert.

Propriété bien entretenue, très proche centre et plage et port maritime pour visiter les îles . Nous avons découvert toute la presqu’ile qui est magnifique à pied ou à vélo sans utiliser de voiture . Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de ce séjour

Wer die Strandnähe sucht, ist hier richtig. Leider ist die Beschreibung nicht richtig: Dusche und Waschmaschine in einem Raum, WC (120cm x 80cm) ist nichts für kräftig gebaute Menschen. Bett 4 und 5 sind ein Hochbett im Flur. TV nur französisches Programm. Schukosteckdosen (nur drei insgesamt) Mangelware. kein Internet.

Bel appartement, bien équipé. On peut oublier la voiture pour le séjour. L'appartement est proche des commerces, de la plage, de la gare maritime. La résidence est très calme. Le soir n'hésitez à vous promener sur le port et profiter du petit marché de nuit. A faire : la visite de la conserverie La belle-Iloise.

"Résidence bien entretenue et bien située (plage, commerçants)dans un secteur calme. Le logement est très agréable, en rez de jardin avec terrasse et mobilier. L'intérieur est très fonctionnel, très bien équipé tant sur le plan mobilier que vaisselle ; toutl'équipement pour bébé est prévu, ce qui est rare dans une location. La literie est impeccable. Bien que la propriétaire ne soit pas sur place, elle est disponible, les rapports sont très bons. Une location que je recommande vivement."
