To rent for the holidays for 2-6 people.
House of 100 m², quiet location near the village of Manémeur between the wild coast (3 min walk) and the center of Quiberon with its shopping and Great Beach (10 min walk).
The exterior of the house has a garden of about 450 m², a south facing terrace with garden furniture and barbecue to spend quality time with family or friends. A garage and private parking for 2 to 3 cars.
The interior of the house includes:
-On the ground floor :
A bright entrance with cupboard, toilet with sink, kitchen (fridge / freezer, oven, coffee maker, microwave, gas stove), a large living room with lounge (TV, sofa / chairs) and a dining eat, all overlooking the terrace through large windows. A room with a bed 140x190.
-Upstairs :
a bedroom with a 160x190 bed and fitted cupboards, a bathroom with a tub and double sinks, separate toilet, another room of about 16m² with 2 single beds 90 x 190 and 2 bunk beds as well as closets arrangement
In the garage, a washing machine is available.
