Accueil très chaleureux. Appartement suréquipé. Emplacement très proche de l'arrêt de bus (gare maritime). et des commerces.

Geräumige, gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit Blick über den Hafen. Die Fenster sind gut gegen Lärm und Wärme isoliert. Zentrale Lage am Ende der Einkaufsstraße und Strandpromenade. Sehr praktisch ist der Bäcker neben der Eingangstür. Da kostenlose Parkplätze weiter weg liegen, bietet sich an einen Stellplatz bei den umliegenden Anbietern zu mieten. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock (kein Aufzug, aber ok). Mit dem Blick aus dem Fenster sieht man direkt auf den Hafen, das Meer und Belle-Ille-en-Mar. 5 Minuten zur Fähre und in das Zentrum. In der Nähe sind Restaurants, Fischhändler und Geschäfte. 5 Gehminuten zur Cote Sauvage. Die große Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Da hat wirklich nichts gefehlt. Direkt vor dem Haus sind Stellplätze für Kurzzeitparker, was gut ist für Gepäck ein- und ausladen. Ganz in der Nähe ist ein bewachter Parkplatz für 12 € pro Tag. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben für uns auch mit dem Besitzer des Parkplatzes verhandelt.
Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.
