Hadn't appreciated that there was no garden or yard which meant no possibility of barbecues.

Parfait séjour dans cette maison idéalement située.
L'emplacement idéal à 300 mètres de la côte Sauvage et à 10 minutes à pieds du centre ville. La maison, propre, confortable est bien équipée.

La maison est plus propice à des vacances à la belle saison (vu les fenêtres simples vitrages et l’isolation à refaire )
Grande maison familiale très bien située . Cuisine bien équipée
Pas d’éclairage dans une chambre à part une lampe de chevet . Dans la même chambre,le volet vétuste du vélux ne descendait pas . Les stores de la véranda sont en piteux état et ont besoin d’être changés . À notre arrivée le 23 décembre, nous nous sommes rendus compte que le frigo ne faisait pas assez de froid. La conciergerie a vite réagi en faisant livrer un frigo neuf ! Dans le salon, un bz récent serait préférable au vieux clic-clac.
