Located directly on the crystal waters of the Gulf of Mexico and spectacular Redington Shores Beach, relax on the large oversized wrap around balcony with a full view of the beautiful Ocean while taking in the sounds of the waves and the calls of the Seagulls bringing you that special beach retreat experience. People watch from the Balcony and enjoy the quaint happenings within the small village of cottages and the iconic lighthouse next door.

The open floor plan has been meticulously furnished and decorated to deliver the full Sea Cottage experience that will engulf you from the minute you arrive. Two sliding glass doors bring a full view of the best beach in Florida and outdoor beauty. The cool Blue and Green colors compliment that fabulous view of the Gulf and the blue Florida sky. The large wood plank tile floors with its soft grains invite you to the sands of the beach and welcome you back with a cool touch on your feet. The pictures and accent pieces were specifically selected creating a unique and pleasing Nautical theme. The centerpieces undoubtedly are the brilliant "Woman in Beach Breeze" painting over the Sofa and the rich marble surrounded wood burning fireplace with the flat screen TV above it.

The newly remodeled galley kitchen combines beauty, elegance, modern convenience, and function together as one. White country wood cabinets with luxury soft close mechanisms and two ample matching pantries provide plenty of space and are fully stocked with full table settings and everything needed to cook and bake to your heart's content (Pots, pans, knives, utensils, cutting boards, baking sheets, platters, bowls, toaster, mixer, etc.). Granite countertops with a sand tile backsplash and a matching granite raised bar accentuate the beauty of this kitchen. It is rounded out by modern stainless steel appliances, a wine rack, and dining table to seat six. Just for fun, the kitchen includes two unique additions. The coffee and drink bar which is the popular stopping spot throughout the day where you can craft that best cup of Java that will be oh so enjoyed while sitting in the balcony rocking chairs, pondering life, and watching the Gulf awake then later grabbing a cold drink from the beverage bar cooler after a hot day at the beach. The awning covered bench, a pleasing accent site as you arrive home but also a great spot to sit and put your shoes on and off as you come and go.

The large Master bedroom has its own sliding glass door to the Balcony, fabulous memory foam king size bed with luxury white linens, a unique cedar dresser and a flat screen TV. The Master includes a large walk in closet with shoe rack and drawers within. It also includes an ensuite bathroom with rustic wood plank tile floor and a vanity sink that is separated from the Master shower. The 2nd large Master bedroom includes a king size bed with luxury white linens, white dresser, and a walk in closet. The 2nd bathroom is located directly across the hall from the 2nd Master and includes a large vanity sink as well as a Tub/Shower. This dual Master layout is ideal for two couples to share the unit together while still having their own Master sleeping rooms.

This is the best private building on the beach with only 48 total units, a large beautifully maintained pool, private beach access gate, and some of the widest flat soft white sand beaches in Florida. The unit is on the first level above the parking level. One flight up the stairs or take the elevator. The unit also has a very unique private spiral staircase from the balcony down to the pool and beach, a special feature only available on these 1st floor units. One covered reserved parking spot at the very front of the building is provided with the rental. Additional uncovered parking is available.

Inside, the unit was completely remodeled the last two years with new floors, kitchen, shower, and paint. Alexa provides home automation, control of the nest thermostat, weather, local information, and relaxing music and the front door can be locked and unlocked via your cell phone. The living/dining area includes a full size leather sofa sleeper, a recliner, and a glider. A large flat screen TV with cable and smart streaming TV with Netflix, HBO on Demand, Showtime on Demand , and many other streaming channels included. There is also a very nice wood burning fireplace with your first set of starter logs and firewood included. The dining table is ample enough to seat 6 people comfortably and there is a bar with an additional 2 bar seats. All kitchen appliances, dish settings, cookware, bakeware, electric devices are provide. Luxury kitchen and bathroom towels and bed linens are included. Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and some beach toys are provided. The unit includes a full size laundry washer and dryer.

The true centerpiece of this unit is the large balcony that overlooks the excitement happening in the pool and Gulf of Mexico beach front and angles around the unit providing a calmer view of the village of cottages next door. The covered balcony includes a ceiling fan to keep it cool and four rocking chairs.

There is a video security survelliance camera located on the balcony and facing the balcony spiral staircase access point onto the balcony. A small portion of the pool as well as the backyard and beach is in view of this camera. As a guest, you can request that the camera be turned off during your stay if desired.

The unit is intended for maximum of four adults, 2 adults per bedroom.

You will need to sign a monthly lease agreement for the month of rental and a required condominium application prior to your stay which is submitted to the Condo association. The Condominium rules are shown below:
