" The View" Direct gulf front 2 bed 2 bath 3rd floor condo located in Tower 1 in the community of Redington Towers is a must see. This is a 30 day rental (1st -30th). King size bed in primary bedroom featuring a primary bath, large walk-in closet and flat screen tv. Primary bedroom has sliding glass doors leading to your balcony with unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beach. Second bedroom features two double beds, flat screen tv and a large walk-in closet. Unit can sleep 6. The balcony stretches across both the living room and primary bedroom to view breathtaking sunsets and white beaches. Nice spacious living area featuring a flat screen tv and a sofa sleeper (queen). Ceiling fans are located in all of the rooms. Recently remodeled kitchen is fully equipped and includes all new appliances. Kitchen has a separate eating area with views of the inter-coastal waterway. The dining room features a large table with views of the gulf. Cable, and internet access. Common laundry facilities are on the same floor. This unit has a covered parking spot. Property is set up like a mini resort with 24 hr security, gated grounds, clubhouse, gym and a gulf front heated pool with beautiful tropical landscaping. No pets are allowed. Non-smoking policy in the unit including the balcony area.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at “The View”! Everything was in order and very clean. The furnishings made us feel very comfortable in our October getaway.

We absolutely loved the condo The guest bedroom has 2 lg beds and a tv which was great for our family We also loved the storage room because I fish and we kept everything in there We plan on returning next year Joe was great even walked us through how to get the tv going after a power outage Also love the covered parking and wonderful fishing pier across the street We caught snapper and triple tail

This place visit fantastic. I was looking for a place to go relax and mentally recharge and this certainly did the trick. The view is breathtaking and the condo feels like home.
The owners were an absolute pleasure to work with. So very kind.
Definitely world stay again and have already recommended it to several friends.

My family and I absolutely enjoyed every moment. The view from the balcony was unbelievable- simply beautiful! The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. we highly recommend
