This distinguished vacation gem lets you relax and play in style with amenities galore and its fabulous location. The Beach Cottages offer a beachfront heated pool and spa, a large sun deck with plenty of lounge chairs, tables with umbrellas, shuffleboard, beach volleyball, and gas grills to enjoy.
With the sugary white sandy beach just footsteps away, you’re perched on the fifth floor with a private balcony overlooking Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary and stunning Gulf waters just beyond, accessible from both the living area and primary bedroom. The spacious (1,400 square feet) open floor plan with split bedrooms allows plenty of privacy and overflows with contemporary coastal elegance and cozy furnishings.
Whip up delicious dishes in the modern, well-equipped kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and all the little extras - including a blender, a toaster oven, a slow cooker, grill tools, baking tools, and pots and pans for large meals. The adjacent dining area is delightfully appointed.
Work or learn remotely while enjoying beachside views with a desk in every room (one extra monitor). Enjoy free WiFi, cable, and smart TVs situated in the living area and each bedroom.
Rest in hidden luxury in the stylish primary suite with a memory foam mattress with cooling foam technology for better sleep, and awaken to seaside views. Great property, cozy , clean and comfy. We had no issues with the cottage as it has everything you need to have a great time at the beach. The beach towels, toys and chairs are definitely a plus. The complex is right next to a bird sanctuary so if you are not tolerant to bird poop smell and strong odors , this place is not for you.

The property has a view of the ocean. Was clean and had lots of beach necessities such as toys and chairs. Parking was nice and simple. And multiple places to eat in walking distance.

Great rental!I could not print parking pass in my travels. It was not explained well there was ample quest parking. Need to have pass printed and waiting in room. Only complaint is property is right beside a bird rescue and it stunk of bird manure badly. That stink is bad. If wind is out of wrong direction you can't be on balcony. Nice rental. Thank you

Wouldn’t necessarily describe it as upscale. Very clean. If you sit on balcony you can smell all the bird poop from next door.
